1 Student Identity Cards

Student identity cards are certification of student status, only permitted to be used by the student him/herself and should be properly kept. It is forbidden to borrow and use other students’ identity cards or alter the content on the identity cards without authorization. Student Identity Card becomes invalid once being altered without authorization. The identity cards for newly admitted students will be issued by the COE two weeks after registration.

If the student ID cards are lost, international students should immediately report to COE and apply for reissue. One front photograph (without a hat) is needed for the reissue of the student identity card. Reissue service takes place twice in an academic year: from 20th to 30th of each May and November.

2 Campus Card

Campus cards will be issued by COE one week after the students’ registration. Campus cards are the certification of student status, and are only permitted to be used by the student him/herself and should be properly kept. There is some important information on the cards such as students’ name, ID number, major, college, etc.

The campus card can be used as an access card to libraries and dormitories. You can download theYZU E-card APPon your mobile phone. After depositing money on the card you can use itfor consumption in campus canteens, supermarkets and the Internet on campus. Each campus has aCampus Card Center, providing services such as depositing money, loss reporting, card reissue, etc.

If the campus cards are lost, students should immediately report to the Campus Card Center or claim the loss via the WeChat account if it has been connected to the campus card. After reporting, please come to COE to get theCertificate for Reissuing New Campus Cardtoapply for a new card in the Campus Card Center at the cost of 20 yuan.
