1. Kitchen hours: 11:00~14:00 and 17:00~23:00 from Monday to Sunday.
2. Cherish and take good care of public properties in the kitchen. Damage or malfunction to public properties as a result of accidents, neglect, improper use or move will result in compensation and fine.
3. Open flame is strictly forbidden. For others and your own safety, please do not leave kitchen while cooking, and take good care of your personal kitchen wares, especially the knives.
4. When leaving kitchen, please turn off all electric appliances and taps, pull out all plugs, clean the kitchen and make sure garbage bags are tied and left in the trash can.
5. Refrigerators are for temporary food storage in small amount only. To keep refrigerators clean and safe, hygiene check and cleanup will be done on the first day of every month. Please take stale food out in time.
6. Please take good care of your kids and never leave them in kitchen without adult companion.
7. Induction Cooker Guide
1)Please use the pan only on the induction cooker, and the pans should be made of iron or stainless steel but not glass, aluminum or copper;
2)Never heat the empty pan on the induction cooker;
3)After use, please turn off the induction cooker before removing the pan;
4)Induction cooker cleaning should be done only after induction cookers are cooled off. Please wipe the cooker with dishcloth but not metal ware, hardware or brush. Mild cleanser can be used in wiping but never wash or flush the cooker with water.
8. Microwave Oven Guide
1)Please use the tableware suitable for the microwave oven only;
2)Never put the metal ware into the microwave oven;
3)Please heat liquid in the open but not closed container;
4) Keep alert when heating food in pack with plastic or paper element in case of the fire accident;
5)Do no heat oil or oily food in the microwave oven in case of the blast scald or fire accident;
6)If flame occurs in the microwave oven, do not open it! Please turn off the power immediately and wait till the flame dies out. Then open the oven to cool it off.
