The College for Overseas Education has set up 4 department sections. They are General Office, Student Management Section, Teaching Management Section and International Students Recruitment Section.

General Office is in charge of establishing and managing the cooperation between foreign institutions and establishing overseas education exchange programs, as well other related matters, etc.

Student Management Section is responsible for managing student enrollment and graduation procedures, entry and exit procedures, school roll information, records, and daily management for student assistance, as well as logistical support, etc.

Teaching Management Section takes care of the teaching and scientific research work. They also organize the college teaching faculty and handle related teaching affairs, etc.

International Students Recruitment Section handles international student recruitment, the publicity and promotion of the college, the business consulting of the short-term refresher group, as well as the overall organization of foreign-aid projects related to education, etc.
