Teenage Students from Indonesia Attended Summer Camp at YZU From May 26 to June 4, 19 students and 4 teachers from Indonesia participated in a 10-day Summer Camp at Yangzhou University.
During their stay in Yangzhou, they visited China Block Printing Museum, Yangzhou Museum, Slender West Lake, Dongguan Street and Ge Garden, attended the cultural workshops in Chinese Calligraphy, Chinese Tea Arts, Yangzhou Paper-cutting, Peking Opera Masks and Huaiyang Cuisine, as well as visited Animal Hospital, Testing Center and International Joint Laboratory at Yangzhou University.
The Summer Camp is expected to enhance Indonesian teenage students’ understanding of China and stimulate their passion for learning Chinese language and traditional culture.
