On 8^th and 9^th Nov., two sharing sessions of “Exploring the World by the Young” -- experience of studying abroad were held in the Yangzijin Campus and the Hehuachi Campus. Eight Chinese and international students, who had visited and studied in foreign countries this year, shared their experience of studying and touring in the foreign countries, and the most importantly, of their findings and thinking, to more than 1,000 students in Yangzhou University. Their speeches struck a chord to the audience. Ye Bosen, the Deputy Secretary General of the party committee, and Yu Hongliang, the vice president of Yangzhou University, attended the sessions and delivered speeches respectively. They encouraged the students to go abroad and to experience different cultures. Jiang Hongqing, the secretary of the Party branch, and Li Xiaoyan, the deputy dean of the College for Overseas Education, attended the sharing sessions.

Mira, an international student from Russia, was one of the hosts of the sessions. Gao Xing, an international student from Turkey was one of the speakers, who shared his life and study in China. Their fluent Chinese was very impressive and earned much appreciation from the audience.
