On January 19, College for Overseas Education brought 2022 Admission Fair online. Nearly 100 international students participated in this event via video link.

Zhang Yin, Dean of COE, delivered a welcome speech. She pointed out that Yangzhou University has always been committed to exploring new knowledge, developing new technologies, and embracing new challenges. The university offers world leading research facilities and cultural environment, helping the young talents to build self-confidence, international vision, and leadership skills for the community of shared future. She expressed the warmest welcome to all outstanding students worldwide to join the YZU family and wished them to achieve their goals through vigorous and determined endeavor.

Zhou Ting, the staff from the International Students Admission Office, gave a brief introduction to YZU, programs for international students and scholarship policies. TENIKA XINTU RUMALUTUR from Indonesia, an international student ambassador and Master’s student from College of Chinese Language and Literature, shared her experience in studying and living at YZU and gave advice and sincere wishes to the applicants.

Since the first “ONLINE YZU” Virtual Admission Fair in May 2020, COE has been enriching the forms and improving the quality of the events, and has built a new mode of admission promotion in forging the brand of Studying at YZU. In 2022, COE continues to organize more such events by different educational levels, programs and countries, and strives to provide new, accurate and professional information and guidance for the international students.
