As part of Yangzhou University 120th anniversary celebration events, the Labor Day Flower Gardening activity was organized jointly by the Department of Support Services and COE in Yangzijin campus. Professor Jiao Xin’an, Secretary of the CPC Yangzhou University Committee, Professor Chen Guohong, Vice President of Yangzhou University attended this event with the students.

International students, faculty & staff members from Department of Support Services and COE planted flowers together with joy and laughter. This activity enhanced the communication and cohesion through hand-on collaboration between the students and teachers. Professor Jiao Xin’an and Professor Chen Guohong planted beautiful hydrangeas and Paris daisy with international students. They encouraged international students to go outdoors, embrace the spring scenery, immerse themselves in on-campus beauty, make study and career plans, and greet the arrival of YZU 120th anniversary in high spirits.

Happiness relies on hard work and great course on concrete action. International students rolled up their sleeves, decorated the campus in sweat and toil to usher in the 120th anniversary on International Labor’s Day.
