Vice President Hong Tao and Vice President Liu Qiaoquan announced the grand opening of Overseas Student Center (OSC) on the 27th of May. With more advanced facility and student-oriented environment, COE staff will be able to process student affairs and requests in a more efficient and coordinated manner.
