On the afternoon of June 4, the Overseas Education College organized a team-building event for international student floor leaders.
The first session featured a themed discussion on "Service, Communication, and Growth." The floor leaders sat together and exchanged practical ideas on key issues such as improving student services, addressing cross-cultural challenges, and enhancing dormitory safety and community harmony. The diverse cultural backgrounds of the participants enriched the conversation, allowing them to share experiences and collaboratively develop innovative solutions.

The second session featured energetic outdoor games, including jump rope, shuttlecock kicking, tongue twisters, sack races, and a team jump rope finale that peaked the event's excitement. These activities tested not only physical ability but also teamwork, strategy, and mutual trust. Through shared challenges and collective effort, the participants built strong rapport and a powerful sense of unity.

This team-building event successfully enhanced the floor leaders' service capabilities and leadership potential, while also fostering deeper understanding and stronger collaboration across diverse cultures.
