Dear students,

2020 Fall Semester will start in accordance with the university calendar. Relevant arrangements concerning international students are notified as follows:

I Back-to-school matter

Students outside the Chinese mainland shall not return to China or  campus from abroad before receiving the back-to-school notification.

Senior students on the Chinese mainland shall return to campus on Sep 6th while Freshmen on Sep 12th. All the students should submit relevant materials as required in a truthful and accurate account, return to school in an orderly manner, pay attention to personal protection on the way to school. 

II Registration

All enrolled international students are registered this semester. For changes in student status such as suspension of study, drop-out, etc., please contact your college for relevant procedures before Sep 30.

On-campus senior students register in the front desk of dormitories on Sep 7. On-campus freshmen complete the registration according to orientation arrangements. Students outside the Chinese mainland shall conduct the electronic registration (see the follow-up notice for the specific instructions）.

III Fee payment

All the students are required to complete payment within 2 weeks of the start of the semester. The information of the university’s remittance account is as follows (add note of your student number and name when transferring money):

IV Insurance

Students outside the Chinese mainland shall renew the insurance after returning upon notification.

Students on the Chinese mainland shall confirm their insurance period and renew in advance of the expiration date. On-campus freshmen must purchase the insurance.

V Visa

To extend the residence permit, students on the Chinese mainland shall email 007564@yzu.edu.cn or contact Ms Zhao (office tel: 0514-87971297) for appointments 15 days in advance of the expiration date.

For students outside the Chinese mainland, the University will offer essential assistance directed by specific policies.

VI Study

Start of classes for senior students: Sep 14

Start of classes for freshmen: Sep 28.
