Coping with Anxiety

 The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted our life style tremendously. Many of us are facing challenges, it can be stressful, overwhelming, and cause strong emotions in adults and children. Social distancing is necessary to curb the spread of COVID-19 however it can make us feel isolated and lonely, and can even trigger stress and anxiety. Learning to cope with anxiety in a healthy way will make you, the people you care about, and those around you become more resilient.


Avoid excessive attention

 With basic precautions in place, you don’t have to pay too much attention to external information. Instead, you should focus on your own feelings and devote to more positive and meaningful things.


Keep social contact

 Keep contact with friends and relatives through phone call and social media. Share the beauty of life and divert excessive attention to information about the epidemic.


Keep your life routines

 Maintain good living habits, keep your pace of life even if you stay at your dorm.


Work actively

 Engage in some tasks during this period, even recreational activities, you must devote yourself to it. Have fun from work, discover its meaning, power and energy.
