Coping with sleeping problems

Yangzhou has attained milestone in the fight against COVID-19, but the war is not over. Home quarantine is still inevitable. Some of us may encounter various problems physically or psychologically during quarantine. Today, let's talk about "how to cope with sleeping problems".

Create a nice sleep environment.

Keep the dormitory clean and tidy, and create a quiet and comfortable sleeping environment. Running the air conditioner too cold can make you sick.

Develop and maintain good sleep habits

Keep a regular sleep, wake schedule. Avoid staying up late to play your mobile phone, play games, watch TV series online, etc. Bad day and night rhythm will trigger physical discomfort, and eventually crush your health.

Arrange activities properly.

Exercise regularly. Listen to soft music or read a book one hour before sleep. Do some breathing or muscle relaxation training one hour before sleep.

Do not pay too much attention to the pandemic.

Dont check the information related to the pandemic one hour before sleep to avoid insomnia caused by tension or fear.

Seek help from doctor.

Turn to the doctor for help if suffering from severe sleeping issues.

Don’t take sleeping pills without a doctors prescription!!!

If you have any good sleep tips, please share with us. Let's get into a good sleep habit, get charged for the coming semester!
