College for Overseas Education launched a lecture——Traditional Chinese Opera on May.17.  International Students from Sudan, Finland, Korea and other countries took part in the lecture.

After an excellent Peking Opera show, Chinese teacher He Tao introduced the history, origin, and different styles of traditional Chinese Opera. Following teacher’s demonstration, the students learned some basic gestures and movement of traditional opera.

The international students are attracted by the traditional Chinese Opera, and felt the charm of traditional Chinese Culture.
