College for Overseas Education launched a lecture——Chinese Paper-cuts on June 6. Chinese Teacher Yang Meilin introduced the history, different types and traditional patterns of Chinese Paper-cuts. She demonstrated how to create a paper-cut work. International Students created different paper-cuts patterns such as double happiness, butterfly, flower and ballet dancer etc. They felt the romantic, delight, and happiness which the paper-cuts represents.
