很久以前，有一个叫公明仪的大音乐家。有一次，他看到一头牛正在吃草，就给牛弹奏了一曲深奥的古琴曲。但牛就像没听到一样，照常吃草。公明仪认真观察了一下，发现牛不是没听到琴曲，而是因为听不懂这首曲子，所以才没有任何反应。

 明确这点后，公明仪又弹了一首新曲子，听起来就像蚊子、牛蝇和小牛在叫唤一样。牛听到这首曲子之后，马上停下来，摇头摆尾地仔细听起来。

 这个故事告诉我们：办任何事情，都必须看对象，因人而异，因事制宜。

Long ago, there was a great musician named GongmingYi. Once, when he saw a cow grazing, he played anesoteric Guqin composition for the cow. But the cow,seemed not to hear, grazing undisturbed. GongmingYi carefully observed the cow and found that the cow actually heard the music, but it didn't understand the melody, so it didn't respond.
