1. Opening Hours forStudy Rooms:

During the academic semester: 8:00~ 23:00 (One study room will be open 24 hours). All study rooms will be open 24 hours during examination weeks.

During summer and winter vacations: In accordance with the actual needs, 1~2 study rooms will be open. Opening hours: 8:00~ 23:00.

2. Study rooms are only for overseas students’ study . If students want to use study rooms for other reasons, please apply to the reception desk. Students can not use study rooms for other reasons without permission.

3. All facilities in study rooms are YZU public property. It is strongly forbidden to move or take anything out of the rooms.

4. Please be aware of electricity use. High power appliances are forbidden to use in the study rooms.

5. Please keep the study rooms clean and neat. It is prohibited to eat, spit, throw trash or other unsanitary stuff in the study rooms.

6. Please keep quiet in the study rooms. Making calls, talking loudly and any disturbance behaviors are prohibited.

7. No permanent places are kept for students in the study rooms. If any desk is free for 10 minutes, this desk can be used by anyone.

8. Please take all your belongings out of the study rooms after study. Students are responsible for their own property’s safety and loss. Study rooms will be closed by the staff at closing time. Staff have right to confiscate the left stuff which no one claims their own.

9. The last one who leaves the study room should turn off the power of all the facilities and make sure all windows and doors are closed.
