Newly-admitted foreign students should register at College for Oversea Education of YZU at the designated time indicated on the Admission Notice, with the documents as follows:

1)Passport;

2)Three copies of the photo page,entry stamp page and residence permit page of passport;

2)Visa Application Form for Studying in China (JW201 original form or JW202 original form);

3)Admission Notice;

4)Health Certificate;

5) Highest diploma and transcript (original)

6) Language Certificate (original)

7) Four passport-size photos.

New students should go through registration procedures within the designated time. Failing to complete the procedures will be regarded as unsuccessful registration. For the detailed process, please refer toGuide to Registration. Senior students should return on campus in time. Students who cannot complete registration or fail to come back to university on time due to personal reasons should ask for leave in advance and get the permission from the college to maintain their student status. Late registrations exceeding one week of the designated time will be treated as voluntary withdrawal from the university.
